  • How to make an order?

- Simply check our products categories through the shop button and then pick your favorite item and click "Add to Cart" go back again to shop button to review all categories again and keep adding all products you need.

Once you are finished review your Cart page to be sure you've added all you need then click on "Check out" and fill your personal information and address details and you're done.

  • How long does delivery take?

- Delivery takes 3-5 working days inside Cairo and Alexandria  and 4-8 days for the rest of governorates.
- Pre-orders finishes in 15 days.
- (Fridays and official holidays are excluded).

  • Do you have a place to pick up my order from and check other products myself?

- Yes, you can pick up your order and check other products from our new location and here is the address: 1st settlement - El Banafseg 8 - Abdel El Jaleel Essa St., Ground floor.


  • How do i exchange/refund a product?

- Home Products: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition.

- Wear Products: You can try on your item when the courier delivers it. If it doesn’t fit, simply return it on the spot and pay only the shipping fees.

- Exchange: Exchanges are available only at our studio.
